My mother ordered 2 of these. Got worried thinking we got screwed when only 1 of the boxes arrived. Today the other 3 got here and they are now assembled. I have to say I'm very surprised and pleased. They are as sturdy as can be expected and the vibration modes are intense. Felt good on me and I'm not going to be in it all the time. They look good and are very functional. I appreciate Mecor Direct contacting me via messenger to make sure I was squared away. I normally don't like dealing with email only. But they made sure I was good to go. Highly recommend these chairs.

The chair is comfy but the remote control does not work and no instructions came with it trying to return and get my money back and the money $89 for the ins i took out. Chair hasn't worked from when I got it abd anazon told me someone would call and email me when they were coming to pick it up o 2 occasions I called and still week later nothing!!! I'm not happy and never ordering threw Amazon again.

I PURCHASED THIS CHAIR FOR A PATIENT OF MINE. HE IS OVER 250 POUNDS. THE POSITONAL FEATURES OPORATE SLOWER THAN EXPECTED. HOWEVER, THEY DO WHAT WAS NEEDED FOR THE PATIENTS NEEDS. THE LIFT POSITION WAS THE MAIN NEED. THE MESSAGE COULD BE STRONGER. SLIGHT IN MESSAGE TREATMENT. THE MATERIAL ISN'T QUITE AS EXPECTED. THE STICHED SEAMS PULL WHEN THE PATIENT IS SEATED IN CHAIR. I AM CONCERNED THAT IN THE NEAR FUTURE THE SEAMS MAY BEGAIN TO RIP APART. THE ARM CUSHIONS ARE ALREADY FLATTENING A BIT. IT APPEARS THAT THE MATERIAL THAT SUPPORTS THE CHAIRS THICKNESS ISN'T OF GREAT QUALITY. OVERRALL, THE PURPOSE FOR PURCHASING THIS ITEM, WERE FOR THE FEATURES IT HAS AS DESIGNED FOR ELDERLY SUPPORT. I ONLY HOPE THAT THIS CHAIR WILL FULFILL A LONG TERM PERFORMANCE AND WITHSTAND WARE AND TARE. THANK YOU.

Has lifetime warranty. Looks like it will last for a while. Works like a bed, with a little massage, heat, and multi recline positions. Kinda hard to assemble, but still ok.

finally finding a power lift recliner with such soft fluffy overstuffed leg/feet cushion area (so far) makes up for it being a little flimsy and crooked with weak heat and massage features. mine arrived nicely bubble wrapped and in 2 nice cardboard boxes. the chair is clean and has no damage whatsoever. appears to be quality vinyl and padding. only 3 stars because the brackets for the seat back weren't aligned properly when installed by manufacturer and the internal wood construction is a little weak and noisy.

I bought mine in May 2020. I really liked it for about the first month or so. I found it is NOT that comfortable for a larger person. Under the legs area the stuffing is held in by a cheap zipper which had busted and stuffing hangs out. Stuff it back in it just works right back out. This takes away the support for my legs. If I had the money to do over I would NOT waste it on this one. But being in disability I can’t afford to buy another one.

Excellent chair for the price. Arrived in two shipments and was so easy to assemble. The only complaint is the remote is slightly confusing and super sensitive to touch so the vibrate/massage turns on really easy. My mom loves it and my brother assembled it by himself in about 15 minutes. There was a box under the seat that had some parts we thought were missing, but they weren’t. We zip tied her phone charger to the chair remote so she wouldn’t lose it. I couldn’t find a lift chair locally for under $1300.

I love this chair! I bought 2 of them. I was a little nervous ordering these lift, massaging and heat recliners online. I am so very pleased and would highly recommend these to anyone looking.
