I didn't find these difficult to swallow but I think they might be on the strong side, they make me feel spaced-out for a couple of hours after taking them. Will move to a lower dose next time.Can't comment on the longevity effects - will update in 40 years time :D.

These massive pills are very big and dry and textured and stick in your through may. As someone who regularly swallows fists full of supplements these grenade size pills stick out as particularly unswallowable. Not buying again.
