I LOVE having this clock right under my monitor because I hide my Windows taskbar which shows me the date and time. In order to view the date and time in Windows, I have to stop what I'm doing and bring the taskbar up.Now, I don't. This clock is perfect. It's dimmable so it doesn't bother my eyes at night. I barely notice it's there. It goes with my setup nicely as it fits perfectly under my monitor without being intrusive.I love that it shows the temperature too. It has everything I would want in a clock and more. It has a battery backup and USB power supply. It also has a USB port which might be helpful to charge a phone or whatever.I was surprised it came with the USB light. I don't need it for the clock, but I'll pack it with my laptop.Love the texture of the front. I don't know if it's actual wood or just feels that way, but it plays the part well.This is the solution for my constant need for time and date throughout my day. It's low profile, meaning it doesn't stand out with big red or green numbers. That light grey color is so easy on the eyes with 3 different brightnesses.The picture I included in my review makes the lighting of the digits a little faded but that's only the picture. In real life, all the digits are evenly the same brightness (or dimness, depending on your setting).This is one of my favorite desktop items. Recommended for those who appreciate this style and like the extras like temp, date and USB port.

I purchased the Meko Digital Alarm Clock as a table-top clock for my media room since the cable company eliminated the clock display on their upgraded box. I am very pleased with the Meko clock's appearance and combination of features: day/date feature in addition to the time, battery backup (provided) so time ticks though power outage, three levels of display brightness (level 1 is perfect for a dark room, 3 is fine in a sunlit room, and 2 is a perfect compromise for my circumstance).The appearance is just as shown with a simulated dark wood grain housing with excellent fit-and-finish. The display symbol size is perfect for both time and day/date information even for across-the-room viewing. It is viewable at any angle so if you can see the clock front you can read the time. The unlit display symbols completely disappear into the wood grain which makes the overall appearance very sophisticated. I'm not using the alarms so I appreciate that the alarm display disappears. Some reviewers have said the alarm display numerals remain on but since I NEVER set them mine are off. If yours are on and you want them off I suggest using the Default button to restore factory settings.Unlike other reviewers I received a USB power supply with my order even though the product listing didn't include it. I appreciate that convenience. The mini USB night light is nicely designed and I'm using to light up my audio/visual equipment when needed in a dark room.I wish the clock had the 'atomic' feature where time is updated from WWV even if it meant paying extra. I agree with a number of reviewers that the "1" character is disturbing because its height is shorter than the other numbers although I understand that is an innate characteristic of the 10-segment display used in the design and not sleazy cost-cutting. The literature (and some unhappy reviewers) warn that the (4) AA battery life is very short when not powered by USB supply. I suggest you use the Voice Control mode whenever running on batteries which means the display comes on when you make a loud sound (60 db) and goes off after 10 seconds. This should extend battery life for when you're living in a van down by the river.

Love this alarm clock. The alarm is loud enough for me, has a snooze button that is easy to use, I like that I can turn off the display while sleeping and only need to tap the clock to have the display show. I also love the small lamp that came with it and plugs in to the USB port in the back, it has 2 brightness levels and makes it easy to find the button to turn off the alarm after snoozing. I didn't find that pushing any button (except the snooze button) would stop the alarm, but I just turn on the lamp, turn off the alarm and turn it back on again for the next time. The clock was easy to set up and you can clearly see on the front if you have your alarm turned on. It only has 2 alarms. All in all easy, simple, and perfect.

The clock is nice looking, premium feeling, working fine without issues, but the alarm thing is tricky to use, also these buttons in behind do not make sense for like snooze the alarm, you may just click the wrong one, they maybe need to simply make the most used buttons somewhere else like on the side or just higher.For me now, I just use it as a clock and it is looking so cool.

I was tired of having to look at the time and date on my computer or phone while at my desk at work so I wanted to get a digital clock with the time and date. This clock has exactly what I need and it’s a great size; it also looks very nice which I didn’t expect. Another plus is the temperature reading so I know how cold the AC is inside my office. I have the time, date, day of the week, and temperature on but you can also set an alarm which I don’t need and haven’t tried. I have it plugged in and powered via USB to my computer docking station but it also came with a wall adapter for the USB cable. You also have the option of adding batteries instead; it doesn’t come with any though. It has a USB port in the back for plugging in the mini light that it comes with or another USB device, like for charging your phone. Overall I think it’s worth the money; it would also be good for a room in your house.

Love that it gives me all the info. Get time, date, day of the week, month and indoor temp. Works great. Also gave one to my sister for her birthday and she loves it too. Display is easy to rea, even across the room
