Compared to similar products that claim to be "completely free from Phthalate, BPA, Lead and Formaldehyde," this one seems to be a good value pick. It is very easy to fold & unfold, which gives you a couple choices for size & shape of your play area. The panels do not separate. Fully unfolded, it is 5'10" x 6'5," which works great for our 6-month-old-roly-poly-guy. It does have what I'd call a tolerable level of squeaking noise against skin. We've only had it for two weeks at this point, but no signs of tearing or damage yet. It is easy to clean. The kid loves it.You can pay 3-5x as much for certain name-brand play mats, but this one is odorless, and it suits our purposes well. You can find less expensive mats, but some of those have dodgy chemicals in them.

Baby and momma approve. I was having such a hard time finding a non-expensive but quality mat for my baby. She is learning to sit up so she’s already had some falls, the cushion on this mat is perfect. The design is not to bright colored or annoying, easy to fold and store when we are not using it. I agree with some buyers, the material seems like it will tear easily, however, I have kept a no shoes and no pets rule. It has maintained very well so far, we’ve been using it for almost a month. Great product for the price!

I wanted something easy to fold up and put away on a daily basis and this play mat is perfect! It’s a perfect size large enough for the baby to move around and play. It is a thick styrofoam material so it gives enough cushion but if you have dogs do not let them walk on it their nails will pierce it. It’s pretty easy to wipe down but it’s t has groves so it does get stuck in them and make it a little harder to clean. I definitely recommend it though!

I give 5 stars for cuteness.I give 5 stars for size and compactness.I give 5 stars for easy clean up.I give 2 stars for the quality, I've had this product for a week now and I have many punctures in my mat from toy marks, my cat's claws, from simple sharp objects that have come into contact with it. For the price, I expect better quality, I'm very disappointed.

I almost didn’t buy this product because of the reviews. I found it to be much better than a lot of the reviews. It hasn’t smelled funny or been easily damaged. Both my baby and dog run all over it and it doesn’t have any damage or holes. My daughter has also fallen over from a standing position and hit her head on the mat and she didn’t even flinch. So it’s definitely doing its job. It’s much lighter than I was expecting. There’s not a ton of info about the other side pattern, which is like a grey camo type thing. I’m not a huge fan of the llamas but it serves its purpose. Overall I’d recommend it to a friend.

I LOVE THIS MAT. It's exactly what I wanted - I had like 8 in my cart and finally decided on this one. It's big but not too big, and it's thick enough to protect buddy's head against our hardwood floors (though he has fallen from his seated position, and it sounds pretty loud, so I just try to avoid as many falls as I can). My dog has had two full zoomies and did manage to get his nail into it so keep pupperz away. Its easy to fold, to clean, and buddy loves to play with the designs and the ridges on it. 10/10

Great play mat at a reasonable price. We bought this when our son started sitting up and falling on our hardwood floors. It provides enough padding and is super easy to fold. The mat is a lot bigger than I thought it would be so make sure it would fit in your room (may not fit in a small nursery). I like that it has two sides as well-one playful and the other more rug-like. Easy to clean and comfortable to sit on when we’re down on the floor playing with our baby. We love it!

Ok. This might be long but it will be helpful I promise.I bought this because I didn't want to spend a bunch of money on a Noa mat. This definitely cannot compare to it. Here's why.1. This mat looked sturdy and I thought I wouldn't mind that you can tell it's a mat and can fold it up but I do mind it. The reason why it bothers me is any little crumb or anything gets piled up in the indents. Obviously you can use a vacuum to suck it all up but you will have to do this everyday maybe even twice a day. That's if you're super neat freak and hate seeing dirt in the crevices.2. It's not as soft as I imagined. It's a bit stiff but when my child throws herself around on it she doesn't get hurt.3. It moves around. This mat does not have any traction. It will move around and if you're walking bear feet on it you will get that sticky sound and will move it.4. The design is nice. It does have that carpet look but with the indents you can tell it's a mat.5. Easily wipe it if something spills. I was able to clean paint off of it with a baby wipe.6. No harsh smell when I opened it and was easy to open and put on the floor.7. I have cats and they have cut a part of the mat with their claws. This only happened because my daughter was being too aggressive with the cat and she was trying to get away so she dug her claws in the mat. You can't tell where she clawed at it unless you're looking for it. This I feel can happen with any mat. Even a more expensive one.Overall, I don't hate it. It's a good option if you want something that doesn't have a bunch of colors like typical play mats. It's not super high quality like the Noa or other expensive brands but it works. My baby can do her tummy time comfortably and my toddler can and play without getting hurt on the hard wood floor. Hope this review helps!
