SweetGourmet Premium Dutch Licorice Cats | Gustaf's Sweet Black Licorice | 2 pounds

Everyone loves these cats! They are stiff and chewy but not too hard to chew on like the KatjesKinder mini cats (Which I personally love, but not everybody does). These cats have a bit of sweetness but not overly sweetened. My kids love black licorice and so do I. These are some of our favorites. Highly recommend for licorice lovers!

I've ordered twice from BiG Treats and just placed another, this time a double order. These are the good Dutch licorice with real licorice extract, not the weird, grainy, overly sweet American fake black licorice. I also ordered from another seller for cheaper for 4.4 lbs but they wound up being stale - off tasting and crumbly.

This licorice is supposed to be firm but not rock hard. Very disappointed in this item as it’s not edible and non-returnable. Buyer beware! You are wasting your money on old products!

Great candy

If you're a licorice lover, this is by far the best deal I've online. It's Dutch, which is especially good licorice (the American equivalent is greenish-black and nasty). Four pounds is a lot, so I store the tiny black-cat candies in a tightly sealed plastic jar and they stay fresh for a long time. (In my case, admittedly, not all * that* long!) Sweet deal, Gustaf's -- thanks!

The product is mostly good, but they taste/feel like they've been sitting on a shelf for quite a while. The outer "shell" of the licorice is really hard compared to the smaller retail packages. Not a huge deal, but it's a little bit harder than the pink package I'm used to buying.

OMG! I can’t get enough of these. This sweet licorice arrived fresh and absolutely delicious. Well packaged in foil.

Nice taste, but too chewy for me.
