Seymour Duncan ’59 Model Neck Humbucker – Gold Cover (4-Conductor)

The pickup is rather nice, certainly much clearer than the stock Epiphone pickups I had in my G-400. The only problem I have is actually with the seller's description of the pickup. I'm not sure if it was just in my case, but I got the single conductor version of this pickup instead of the four conductor version. Didn't really bother me so much since I didn't plan to do coil switching or series/parallelwiring, but it'd be nice if that was updated so that people who wanted that wouldn't be misled.

As good as any PAF clone out there. Rounder sounding than a Gibby Classic '57, but still clear and articulate.. More options than the '57 as this particular model has 4-conductor wiring. Works great clean and dirty. Perfectly made.

It sits higher than I expected. Havent gotten to try the sound yet, since I have to get the guitar reshaped to fit it.

Excellent product, just as expected. Paired with a JB on the bridge my witar will roar.

I have used this in a couple of my guitars and it is the best PAF that I've tried. The tone is articulate, warm and well balanced. I like to coil tap it for double coil series and parallel.
