What’s the thickness of the gongs?

All the targets are 3/8" I shoot 500 yard with a 308. And these held up great.

How tall and wide is the stand?

It's about 4 feet tall and 5 to 6 feet long.

How do you set up the distance on these? Looking at 2 sets, one for handgun shooting(.22+9mm) and rifle (.22 and larger like 7mm and 308).

I have been shooting my pistols and 22 rifle anywhere from 10 to 50 yards but I have not used it for my larger rifles. The steel plates seem unaffected by pistol fire but I'm not sure how well the whole system will hold up to the abuse of a 7 mag?

How long does it take to set up?

I set mine up in about a half of an hour. That included taking it out of the box. I also got the torso target with the gong in the center which was a separate assembly. It’s pretty simple I used a wrench and an impact driver.
