The web site that was provided wasn't any help. So I went to YouTube like one of the other reviews and it was easy as 1,2, 3. GREAT product with a GREAT price. But if the key isn't cut , make sure your battery is good.

4 stars because their website doesn't have instructions. It's a joke. Just youtube it and follow their instructions. If you have an existing working key fob, this should take less than 20 minutes to watch the video AND program your key fob. Every button, including the remote starter worked first time after programming.

Instructions that came with the FOB are not good but a quick YouTube search showed me exactly how to program the FOB for my 2016 Chevy Tahoe. Amazingly easy setup:1. Remove the original key (the part that pops out of the FOB) and then put the original FOB in the cup holder.2. While outside of the Tahoe and the doors closed, put the key in the lock and turn the key to the LEFT five times.3. Get in the truck and put the NEW FOB in the transmitter "holder" in the center storage area - this is inside the center lid, on the front passenger side.4. Press the start/stop button5. Remove the NEW FOB from the transmitter area and press the lock or unlock button once. (if you want to program another key go back to step 3 and repeat).6. Press and hold the stop/start button for 12 seconds and you're done.Every function of the FOB works for me now. It looks like you can have up to 8 FOB's programmed!If this doesn't work just do a quick YouTube search and you'll find a few short video's on how to do it.

Bought a pair. Seemed like a better deal than buying from a dealer. Early attempts to program took approximately 4 hours for each fob. They finally worked for a bit of time and then, simply did not work. I went through the tedious programming procedure all over again but to no avail. So I now have 2 fobs that are useless. I'd be glad to sell them real cheap. Pay a dealer and put the burden on them. This is not the way to go.

Easy enough. You just take the circuit board out of the old remote and swap out new one. Used on Suburban LTZ. Everything works great.

I bought this because the original fob button surface was too sticky and became a dirt magnet. It was impossible to clean! Parts are interchangeable with the stock components too. I swapped the front plate with buttons onto the OEM unit retaining the key, rear cover and internal PCB and I’m very happy. The new buttons feel more precise and the texture is a bit harder and less porous. This makes it way easier to clean and keep clean 😀Also, it looks exactly like OEM and not as it does in the listing photo where there are individual buttons.
