Bought this as a gift for someone and the item looks likes it's already been used.

Snapped after a months use while cutting Wisteria which was fresh and 1.5cm in diameter. I have had another pair of these that I bought from a garden centre that have lasted me 8 years. I'm guessing it was a fault in the metal?

These pruners are very well constructed and although it says for larger hands neither my wife or I had any problems using them.

Good quality product! Cuts with ease, the spring actively bounces back encouraging you to prune. All in all a great product!
