This product was ideal for my application. It works well and can locate camera PTZ better than my DVR. I would recommend it to anyone needing a portable tester for field applications.

It would have been the perfect tester if it only had a HD SDI out of the color bar generator. Other then that it does way more then any other comparable tester on the market for a 10th the cost. I have heard about issues with the battery but I just got mine and so far so good...Well I've been using the tester to verify 1080i signals but today I was looking at 720p which it is suppose to do, I couldn't make it work.

This is a great tool! Nicely built, intuitive and seems extensible as it has its own windows based OS.Wish it had voltage continuity tester.POE works good but will reduce battery charge quickly.Some software not in English

The Color Bar Generator has Only PAL Format..Description of color bar generator was not specific.A user manual was not included.Battery came plugged in, 0% charge...indicative of a used device.I require a color bar generator NTSC/PAL Formats for troubleshooting DVR inputs.

other than the tester lost the video function, the tester was great. the test allowed me to connect and move the first 20 cameras

This Tester does it all.The product was missing the needed 12volt power cable for the camera and I love it but can it trace a energized poe line to a camera or Poe switch and how please 911? I need the 12volt camera cable also
