Using the ladder outdoors and indoors. good experience so far. light and handy. weighs way lesser than traditional ladders of similar height. easy to operate. can be stored in under the stairs. easy to transport in a car or even on a bike. despite being a 20+ ft ladder (reaching the height of two floors), it can be carried with one hand with ease. this alone serves the purposes of a small, medium and large ladders. the safety features are simple and efficient. more over it is a beautiful piece. impressed with the design and the functionality.

I was looking for a foldable step ladder and I happened to chance upon this collapsible ladder. I bought this lader because of the dual purpose it served. Both as a foldable step ladder, which helped me clean the fans of my rooms. And as a collapsible ladder it helped me reach the ventiolators. After using it a few times, my experience has been good. It is lightweight and can be carried around by one person. Although one has to be a bit careful with the fingers while using the clips to increase or reduce the kadder height, as the steps mayslide and fall on the fingers. So my suggestion would be to grip the ladder from the outside, keeping the fingers outside the step space. And while folding, collapsing the ladder for storage, one should invert it to collapse easily, and perfectly. All in all, a good buy and really helpful product.

Good and sturdy.Simple to use easy to store

Bought the product a few days ago. Tried it, and looks like a very good, sturdy product.The folding / telescopic feature is quite remarkable. Takes very little space in a corner of my attic.Warranty registration was also quite easy.I hope to use this ladder for a long time! :-)

I liked the fact that the straight ladder has finger guard which saves from accidentally getting pressed. Also this ladder has 2 years warranty...so I believe the spares will be available in future.Overall the product is good, sturdy and comparitively very light. Noticed some indentation marks on the underneath side of the steps but I don't think it will impair the functionality of the ladder.

Good product, good for indoor use . It served my purpose, reaching deeper area in the attic. Ease if transport , easy to extend . I wanted a longer one , since buying for the first time, bought a shorter one , now thinking of exchanging it for a bigger one.

I did not like the product. It's not very safe to use it. There is a chance that the steps can collapse and risk of people falling from a height.
