What's the sizing like on this please I am a 46" chest?

I’m a 44 chest and the xl fits perfectly.

Does it have pocket for bodycam

it has a pocket on the left breast next to a pen pocket about 3 1/2 inches wide by 5inches deep. I have never worn a bodycam

I'm a 50 inch chest in a t-shirt. Allowing for a lightweight coat, what size would I need to buy?

Think mine 4x im 56 inch chest so probably a 3x be fine
