I recommend the Advanced kit
I purchased the Advanced kit which is $50 cheaper than Wal-Mart. Has everything you need for 4 people at 3-days, or for 2-people for 6-days. This kit comes with the Axe, knife, 24 packs of water, 4 packs of 6 bars of food, the deluxe first aide kid, the lantern which comes with lights, radio, alarm and charging port for phone plus everything else those other kits have. It does weigh 22lbs but the backpack holds it all. I give it 5-stars!

False advertisement, no n95's or masks
False advertisement, does not contain n95 masks despite the label on the bag saying it does.

Poorly packed, cheap bag, but good collection of items
The items in this pack are fine, but for the price, I'd recommend the EverLit bag--higher quality bag, better packing, and some more useful items, better organized within. This pack was crammed full, and the box from the warehouse came caved in at one end, with the emergency water leaking all over the pack--obviously for some time, because the bag smelled musty. The bag itself was lightweight and low quality. Disappointing.

Great Supplies, Terrible Backpack. Here's How to Prepare:
I learned early on this year that the American Red Cross recommends all people be prepared for evacuation in case of natural disasters or societal upheaval. I paid $175 for the advanced backpack with food and water at the height of the Coronavirus pandemic of 2020 and I'd still say it was worth it. I won't pretend like this is an actually complete kit, but I'd say it's good value for the price. The bag came with all the supplies listed and with a full 5 years before expiration. The backpack itself is roomy, but flimsy. Good to keep in a car but I wouldn't recommend actually carrying it for any distance over maybe a few hundred yards.I bought this bag for 2 people and will be splitting its contents, along with other supplies I've gathered, between our two packs. We've bought serious hiking backpacks with internal frames as we want to be prepared to hoof it on foot if absolutely necessary. Everyone's needs will vary, though. It's important to know that while this kit is a good starting place for a survival kit, if it is ever actually used for some of its intended purposes it is still somewhat incomplete. Depending on your estimated needs I'd recommend getting a water-resistant and tear-resistant map of your area and areas you may travel to; water filtration straws and tablets; headlamps; a small kit of common medications; specific medications your family members take; copies of important documents like birth certificates and home mortgage papers; two-way radios; and a gas siphon for the most extreme of emergencies. Don't forget extra (wool) socks and a good hat. Get a hat appropriate to your climate. If the bag is for use in the woods, then add things like a small wood-burning camp stove, stormproof matches, maybe alcohol tablets or pyro putty, a wool blanket, and a camping pot/pan or two. Don't forget hygiene items like toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, small towels and sponges, etc. I'd also carry a hardcopy guide on outdoor survival and outdoor medical attention procedures. If you're really looking to be prepared, buy a tourniquet or Israel bandages for serious blood-loss emergencies. If you have babies or pets, plan appropriately. This pack is meant to be a few-day last-resort option that most people will never use, but even with that in mind it should still be fully stocked. Keep this kit, along with a hard-copy evacuation plan and emergency contacts near the exit point of choice in your home.

Smelly Bag Great Items
Items in bag were really great! The hand crank am/fm radio lantern was awesome and unexpected for me. The bag itself, however had a really strong smell to it so I transferred the items into my emergency duffel bag and got rid of the back pack. Plus, the zipper broke upon opening after I removed zip tie. Bag could use a little more durability. Seams were already coming out near the zippers as well. The items inside the bag are well stocked and great quality. Honesty, the bag wasn’t even needed for me because the items inside of it were all I needed. Super quick shipping.

Would reccomend.
Love this item, except it is SO heavy, and the backpack itself is flimsy. BUT all of the contents inside the bag are top notch.I bought one for myself, one for my mother, and one for my sister. All were consistent in quality and content.

Best overall heavy duty bug out bag I found!
Excellent value and quality of stuff except for the duct tape and the backpack itself. This bag had everything with some doubles of things more than most bug out bags out there! The bag is heavy duty but I ended up purchasing a black backpack that was more stealth looking but the tools like the knife and hatchet even wire saw are very good design and I highly recommend buying this!
