Great Pure Maida
Just go for it. It's the best organic pure maida out there. Tastes so good. Ditch the poisonous old kirana stores.

May be bleached chemically
I compared it with twf and the final dough looked whiter compared to twf which looked slightly yellow. Also some time ago I bought and it did not feel fresh.
