But It's a 10 Miracle Leave-In Plus Keratin is an excellent nourishing treatment that can be used alone and/or as a restorative styling product to maintain keratin straightening treatments. It works on all hair types to bring out natural luster and manageability while also making hair stronger and healthier by replacing lost protein with every use. It can be used on wet hair for extra shine or dry hair in place of a styling cream. Protects the natural keratin in hair, protects against heat, restores hydration balance, detangles, defrizzes and adds shine. Strengthens hair structure and seals cuticles for extra silky hair.

Q: is this spray for wet or dry hair?

this spray can be used on wet hair and then style as desired. I have also sprayed dry sections of my curly hair, before blowing out w/a large round brush using a blow dryer....so, either way, it's a great product!

Q: I have fine, wavy hair but it is dry. Should I use the 10- Keratin or the non-Keratin? I don't want my hair to look flat and limp.

They both give me a build up feeling by the end of the day. I would try the 10 lite that came out. I haven't found it yet but I'm looking. I have thick hair so for this stuff to weight it down - it'll prob do worse for you. I did find that the keratin was a softer feel than the regular.
