Love the product and is great to add to my thick hair/ It smoothes and adds volume when I dry my hair and is easy to use. It easily keeps my hair looking great for a couple days. Definitely recommend.

I have to admit... I don't heat it my hair a whole lot so it's not that damaged. My issue with my hair is that it frizzes up and dries out a lot.I immediately noticed a difference when I started using CHI Silk Infusion. My hair is soft and downy to the touch, but not all poofy and dry looking on the top layer. It's easy to apply and you don't even notice it's there, because it leaves no strange gunk or oily residue. I put a bit in my palms and rubbed my hands together and applied that way, and was afraid I had used too much. But my hair didn't get oily or adopt any weird textures as it has when using other products of equal amount.This product did have a strong smell when I first used it, not necessarily bad but more of a fragrance that might be bothersome to those who are sensitive. Now that I have been using the product for a while, though, I don't even notice the scent as much anymore. I have really sensitive skin, and the smell made me worried at first that there was product rubbing onto my pillow and getting onto my face, but I have NOT broken out from this product, either.One thing to note is that this product does contain dimethicone, a silicone that helps to seal in moisture and also protect against heat (which is why, although it doesn't state it outright, I do believe this is also a heat protectant). This product, however, will build up over time, and as it will prevent moisture from penetrating the hair follicle, it can cause your hair to have a dry look and texture over time. So, it's advised that you use a clarifying shampoo roughly once a week to help maintain that healthy softness and suppleness in your hair.All in all, amazing quality and well worth the buy. Five stars because it does exactly what it advertises and I've noticed no ill effects so far. Although I can't speak for thicker or more unruly hair, I would definitely recommend this virtually undetectable product for thinner or fine hair types.

Only one question. Where has it been all my life?!?!I have very frizzy hair. But NOT ANYMORE.This little miracle product gave me the hair I dreamed about- smooth, slick, shiny with no flyaways.I am obsessed. AND it’s heat protective. AND it claims to be good for your hair. It didn’t make my hair greasy. AND it smells amazing. AND a little goes a long way, so it will last me awhile. AND it’s very affordable.Not a single product in my life managed to do all that.My new staple. Buy it!

Works perfectly on my afro textured hair. It makes my hair silky and smooth and helps create the perfect elongated blow-out without heat damaging my hair.

Definitely helps protect my hair from the heat of the hair dryer and straightener.Smells good. Comes in a good sized bottle definitely worth it.
