First there was a dent in the handle, then i received a jug without tgeir logo. It looka good. Called the company number. They confirmed its their copper jug assured me its pure 100% copper

very bad experience. Avoid this product to save your time and effort.1. it was in bent condition from top, cap also did not fit.2. Handle was also in bent condition.

I understand that copper oxidises in water but this jug discolored very badly. See pictures. I have an old copper lota the water from which tastes good and ionized (metal taste) but i find no change in taste in water kept in this jug. I purchased a similar jug from the India craft villa which i find much better. Not sure if other buyers too have discolouration in Taluka copper jug like mine??

I like this product. It's very light weight and easy to handle and it is exactly 2lit jug. I would say the quality of the product could have been better but still I would recommend this.

Flawed design. There is no inlet for air. So, water barely trickles out. Not practical to use. If you want to use it without the lid, then this might work for you.
