Efield is a reliable company. This tool works but I would not want to use everyday.
Efield is a reliable company and this clamp will get the job done. Let me describe our situation to explain why I say it's great getting the job done, but I would not want to do daily. We installed Pex throughout our new build. It was my first time and bought the manifold and the tubing from different vendors. The manifold turned out to be for Type B and the tubing was Type A. So at the faucet end, the tube was fastened with a power tool that is specially designed to spread the end and attached slip ring. After a few seconds (5-10), the tube shrinks back and so clamps tight on the nozzle. The manifold attachments were smaller (Type B) so I had to use the opposite approach - clamp them onto the nozzle with a ring that the clamp tool crimps and cinches. The tool I bought from Amazon is the one you can get from other specialized dealers but the price was better with Amazon. The video on the site was helpful. I admit the tool seems straightforward until you try to use it. That sounds backasswards but it's true. The release lever on the tool to make it wider moves in the opposite direction that one might assume, so it's counterintuitive to what you automatically want to do. Also, the first ten clamp rings are difficult. I had to use two hands to get the tool to close. It got easier as I got to the end of my clamps, but it was still took effort to use. I would not want to do this everyday. That said, maybe there is no other way, and I'm just a wimp. It did the job.

Worth it!
This is an amazing tool for the price. It’s obviously not the most superior quality tool on the market, but it was perfect for installing a water heater and needing to run Pex to move the water heater.

Cinch ring pliers
Works as it should, better than hog nose pliers

Great tool for crimping pex tubing connections.
I got this little tool to tighten crimps while doing a whole house water filter project. This unit crimped down very well, and all the connections were tight. The only issue I had was that the two arms are spaced a little far apart during the initial start to make the crimp tighten. It was a little awkward to start sometimes, depending on the angle, but once engaged with the teeth that keep the crimp taught, gets easier to apply pressure. For the value, however, this tool does the job well and I have no leaks in my system. I believe I used about 50 crimps total with my PEX piping.

Fast shipping
It worked great for about 10 clamps and then the jaws don't come together at the same time, giving a bad clamp.

So easy
I love these. These are so easy to use. Makes them tight enough you will have no leaks. And so much cheaper than in store
