A tasty base on oatcakes. etc, for soft cheese etc
I have been using the anchovy paste for many years, this is the first time I have had the salmon based paste - it is very good too, with a slightly more delicate flavour than the "original", and I expect I will re-order both in due course.

Very lemony and not much salmon
Too much lemon flavour coming through for me. I like the original Patum Peperium better. Expensive too!

Advertised as a pack of six but only two have arrived with no reference to the outstanding four.

A Personal Favourite
I have enjoyed the "Gentlemen's Relish" for years this "Poacher's Relish" is made from salmon and has a nice citrus "zing" which is great on toast or breakfast muffins.
