Note: blue traveler wire is just a signal wire.
No installation manual was included, but Amazon product pics were sufficient to install. Note: Very important, the blue traveler wire is just used as a signal wire, not as a current/amp carrier like in a standard 3-way switch. I think a lot of people are confused by this based on what I see in the customer review pics. Also since the blue traveler wire is only used as signal wire and if paired with a standard 3-way switch, the ECOELER motion switch MUST be installed on the same SIDE as the LOAD. Also if used with a standard 3-way switch, that switch MUST BE RE-WIRED so that one of the travelers (BLACK) is directly connected to the HOT/common wire. Or the ECOELER black wire is directly connected to HOT/common and then the black traveler wire from the standard 3-way switch can be ignored (ISOLATED). So now the ECOELER will just toggle itself if the state of the blue traveler wire changes which is controlled by the standard 3-way switch. In other words ECOELER only requires one traveler wire as a state change signaler from a standard 3-way switch. Once I understood how the ECOELER operates, the installation was super simple! ;-)

1pk vs 10pk: different wiring method. 10pk wiring method is ok?
I installed 1pk of two of these switches about two weeks ago, and they worked well, so I ordered 10pk bulk.1. But,1st one (1pk) and 2nd one (10pk bulk) have different wiring method. Packaging and manual of 10pk were different from 1pk. These 2 kind of switches have same model number (YM2108T). 10pk no more use blue wire from switch for wiring.Anyway, I installed 10pk by new wiring method, that include at the 10pk package. I don't use blue wire.2. After installation, problem is, when both switch on "OCC" mode, the lamp is automatically on and off without any motion or hot source by 2 or 3 minute interval. My previous installed one (1pk, used blue wire as travel wire) had no problem at all on same "OCC" mode. But, I half solved problem by the idea that from "Wiring YM2108T with regular 3 way switch".One of my 3 way switch box has no neutral (white) wire, so I have to install YM2108T with regular 3 way switch. (This wiring methods are same on both 1pk and 10pk.) I installed YM2108T and regular 3 way switch by the manual. I set YM2108T on "OCC" mode, it had no on-off problem. In this installation, regular 3 way switch worked looks like "VAC" mode. When I turn on regular 3 way switch, it off by the YM2108T. So I applied this setting to solve the above silly problem (auto on/off without any movement).3. Back to YM2108T to YM2108T installation, I set one side as "OCC" mode and the other side as "VAC" mode. After this, on-off problem was gone. Whatever power side or load side, just each has different mode, it worked. But, as I mentioned that is HALF solution. Because each side worked differently by their mode. Actually, it is more convenience for me. One side has "Manual on/Auto off" the other side has "Auto on/Auto off" by the my movement way.4. This problem and solution is maybe just for my case. Also, this is may be work for 10 pk installation wiring only. (My 1pk installation was no problem). Before I tried mixing "OCC" and "VAC" mode, this problem happen at 2 installation places. Also, I changed switch to solve the problem, but had same problem. Anyway, I satisfied to use this way.5. I don't know about on both "VAC" mode, it has same "on-off problem" or not. Because this mode is not suitable for me. Also, I did not tried 1pk wiring method on 10pk switches.6. General Quality is acceptable or superiors for the price. "Time Delay", "Sensitivity" and "Light Level" are not well controlled. But, for me, it is ok. Because I use these switches on hallway and stairs. It need just short time "ON". So, detail set-up is not matter to me. Durability is unknown for me now.7. Installation is not easy. You need to study and understand about "Neutral". Also you can find "Power side", "Load side". Manual is well organized except some minor typo of old paper(1pk) and small font. But, if you don't understand above electricity, you may think as a poor manual. But, it has all information about installation. "Trouble shooting" part is weak. I can not find any customer center information. That's way I wrote this review in 2nd language for me.

Dual 3-way motion sensors work well
I needed two of these in a 3-way circuit, one at the top and another at the bottom of the stairs. Other reviews were pessimistic about this setup, but it works great. The manual has instructions on how to install either 1 or 2 motion sensors in a 3-way circuit. When I first powered it up, the motion sensor lit up but the light didn't turn on. It could've been because the time setting was in test mode (all the way counter-clockwise). I adjusted the knobs under the cover and they now work like I want them to.While the installation isn't hard, the average homeowner may not be familiar electrical circuits, particularly 3-way circuits. There's a hot side where the power comes in which connects to the auxiliary switch. The primary switch connects to the load (aka the light). You'll need a voltmeter to determine which wire is the incoming hot. If you're very careful, you could touch the hot wire to a light bulb directly, and the other pin to ground to test without a voltmeter. If you don't have electrical experience, get a friend to help or be prepared to spend a lot of time figuring it out. That's not a fault with the switch.

Wiring wrong and interference from smart switch
I bought 10 pack 3 way switches, Installed by the manual. But it does not work.My wiring 100% correct. Double cheekedTried to swap travelers as well; still does not work.Tried 4 others switches from the same box still the same issueThat's really disappointing, There is no way you can call company who sell it. So my final attempt is to email them and after return it.Already wasted too much time on this-So they updated me with new wiring instructions which is completely different from what you see in the box. Attached hereBut now I faced new issues. Interference with my Kasa smart switch! My smart switch installed in the same electrical box / wiring 100% not related with smart switch; expect neutral and ground wires. So basically it turns on this switch because it detects wifi from smart switch even when you not using it.I’m 100% sure, because after long hours of troubleshooting, I wrapped up this switch with foil!!! and it stopped doing that. I also tested with my phone wifi next to the switch.I tried to off sensitivity or light detection, no changes.Unfortunately I can’t keep this switch wrapped up in the foil LOLTherefore not completely understand how come, it is heat detection sensor only? Or also part time works as smart switchIf this switch would work correct it would be great. Single location is fine I guess.
