Lightweight, Fun, and Surprisingly Powerful
This keyboard is perfect if you want something portable without sacrificing sound quality. It’s lightweight and easy to move, but still feels solid, and the tones are crisp and enjoyable to play. The built-in rhythms and sounds keep things fun whether you’re practicing or just messing around. Great option for beginners or anyone who wants a simple, no-fuss keyboard that delivers way more than expected for the size.

BEST KEYBOARD IN THIS PRICE RANGE....
i am Very Happy, it's Very Nice, and Beautiful Red Keyboard...i just received mine delivered earlier this week...so i am still learning, and enjoying, on how to navigate all around in and about in all the functions, and it will take me some time for me in getting to know how, and to use, and to work through in all the functions..... Most important part for me, was that ""Yes i got the DC wall adapter"", which was included in the box, along with the sheet music stand, the keyboards, and (not too much directions) was the only setback... i really was worried about if or not in getting the DC wall adapter... i had read many other reviews about others not receiving this DC wall adapter, AND no way, am i going to be using Batteries all the time, which is way too very costly, and so very impractable for anyone when playing for hours and hours, and/or for all day long practice... the RD after the name is the key !!!!! ...This is the one to get, that comes with the DC wall adapter....Amazon had this model so i jumped on it.... Sweet Water and Musicians Friend did not.... and Amazon's price was Half the cost of the others i mentioned above that were double the cost... AND NO these were WITH OUT the DC WALL ADAPTER... i took several pics of my Beautiful New Red Casio Casiotone CT-S200RD....but i wasn't able to upload them here using my computer... they are in my phone, but unfortunately i am not technically savy, so i still have a lot to learn and about everything.... in my opinion, THIS IS THE BEST KEYBOARD, in this price range... stay away from all the Cheaper CHINESE MODELS, as they all have way too many BAD POINTS, like some keys that stick or jam, or are dead keys, and make no sound at all....DONNER KEYBOARDS may look more impressive at first glance, but i can say the same negative points also apply here as with the others that i have mentioned above.... CASIO and YAMAHA are QUALITY NAME BRANDS....so i would suggest that you spend your cash for any of these, because they are much better instruments....and will last you years and years a long time, were as many of the others will cause you way too many technical problems, and those other brands will not stand behind their equipment.... i also bought separate from Amazon the Rock Jam Xfinity stand, which i likes very much, it is light weight, and easy to set up, and very adjustable into any height....from standing positions, from chest level, and to all other levels down, and to comfortable sitting position levels....the ROCK JAM XFINITY is the best stand very adjustable and quick for going mobile, and i have experienced """NO WOBBLE AT ALL""" with using this keyboard stand.... i hope this my long review here will be helpful information for any of you in making your keyboards selections, and again i am 100% Totally Happy with my New Keyboard and New Stand that i bought with Amazon..... THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER !!!!!! ....AND HAVE A GOOD DAY....

For the money, this is an excellent product
I have been involved in professional music production for years, but recently wanted to get serious about learning how to play piano. I selected an app (I am using SimplyPiano) that I thought would be helpful, then set about looking for an appropriate keyboard. I will also be using this to input scores into PreSonus Studio One via MIDI, so obviously a MIDI output was essential. As great as this is, I also have young kids, so I know my time is limited. That said, I didn't want to spend too much on this setup in case my plans just didn't work out. This keyboard fit the bill very nicely for me. I understood what I was getting...this is a $100-and-change unit, not a Nord Stage 3. The sounds aren't winning any awards, but they aren't terrible either, and some are very playable. There should be plenty of decent variety to suit your needs. The keys don't feel "cheap" and play well. Again, they aren't weighted or anything like that, but perfectly fine for my purposes. The biggest two issues I see are this: the internal speaker quality and the MIDI port, as others have noted. When playing some of the bass patches, you literally can't hear the lowest notes at all. I solved this issues easily by using headphones and/or plugging into an external speaker (in my case, a mixer/amp/floor monitor setup, but any decent external powered speaker would do). Once I did that, the sound quality was actually pretty darn good. The other issue was the micro-USB port for the MIDI output. I could see what others are saying...it's not the most "robust" connection. I've seen this type of thing on other equipment before and there was a very simple solution for me - I plugged in my cable, made a stress loop and taped it off with a piece of gaffers tape - problem solved. Granted, I will be unplugging that cable very infrequently, so this works in my situation. Barring that as an option, I would just be careful and gentle with it, and you should be fine with reasonable use. All said - this is a very good option for anyone looking to start out, especially for kids just getting into lessons, or anyone in need of a very portable unit. It was 100% plug-and-play into my iPad for SimplyPiano to recognize it for MIDI input. It also work with absolutely no issues as MIDI input on my Windows 10 PC. $120 well spent.

Lovely little keyboard
Love this little keyboard. I am violinist and it's perfect to keep it near me when I teach to check my students intonation. My student's parent loved it so much that she bought one for her son. Small enough to take little space in my studio, nice and clear sound. Easy to assemble with the stand. Everything functions as it should. Very pleased with my purchase, esp it being white.

Daughter Absolutely Loves it
I bought this for my 9 year old who started to take an interest in piano. I did a lot of research and I felt like this was the best one in the price range for beginners. I wanted one that was simple, good quality but not extremely expensive in case this wasn't something she stuck with. This fit the bill. My daughter loves it so much! We have had it for over a month and already feel like we got our money's worth. It's absolutely perfect for her needs.

You cant go wrong with this one. Great for beginner with full size keys
This seemed like a great gift for an 11 yo. I tried it out & it played nicely. I dont see this nephew very often so I have had no feedback. But my 14 yo got the same brand that i bought off marketplace & he loves it so much & plays it everyday. Great keyboard for beginners at a doable price
