Well made dual function thermometer
Well made dual purpose thermometer although, due to size and price, is best suited for the food trade, rather than domestic use.I dropped a star as I think, for the price, the probe readings should stabilise more quickly i.e. the ETI Thermapen is a certified thermometer that produces a stable reading much more quickly, for a third of the price, although it does not have the IR feature and is not as well made.
