I'm a big fan of this thing, it makes tilting and adjusting an engine while lifting super easy. I use it for boat engine replacement jobs

The media could not be loaded.  It's pretty simple to use, it's not bulky at all and it's very strong! I was a little skeptical before buying it but I'm glad I purchased this item.

Tilted perfectly for a fully dressed marine 502 / 8.2l Volvo penta somewhere around 1200-1500 lbs. I used an 18” ratchet and it really simplified my project. Much easier and more intuitive than other engine leveling methods I’ve used in the past

I wish there would exist a companion spreader to permit the cables to ultimately hang vertically above the attach points, to minimize marring of items such as a telescope (not an engine!). Another convenient companion add-on would be a ball bearing swivel. Otherwise, this is much more convenient than a standard load leveler at least for relatively light loads (a few 100 lbs).

Worked great to remove a Honda V6, was able to control the lift and reinstall smoothly.

Genius.Many other tools on the market overcomplicate hoisting an engine while keeping it level, with screws and cumbersome designs; Oberg made this simple. The 1/4 insert for adjusting the cables works exactly as it should without binding. My only complaint with this tool is the lack of strength that the locking arm has; a bit more tension added to the arm would keep it from wiggling itself free from the sprocket, which does happen from time to time.If you want a hassle-free, space-saving tool to make your life easier, this is the one.

Compact allowing me to get engines into places that the standard long load levelers can't. Very easy to swivel engine too. The ends are eyelets and are pre bent for you. All around this is a high quality piece. I wish I knew about this years ago honestly. Love this thing
