Q: Is this product voltage 240, spec shows as 120v.

It's 240v but have to admit I've just looked at the Spec and you're correct it does say 120v. I think that's for the European/USA market and they haven't changed the details! I plugged mine into my home 240v socket and it worked perfectly. I'm sure Amazon wouldn't ship a 110/120v item to someone in the UK.
