I have used runner for 10 mile races. They have worked well. They should work well for everyday use

Q: How to replace spike plates?

Im looking at my Yaktrax and I personally would not attempt it. It looks like you would have to take a pair of pliers and pull out the spike plate but I don't know about reinserting a replacement plate. You'd have to read the directions on the replacement package. Ive worn mine hard and the spikes are as good as new for year 2.
