Arrived as advertised. Suprised at tool useability.
Arrived with all accessories as advertised. Fun to use but takes a little time to adjust. Surprised by the tools. They looked cheap and unusable but was surprised at how well they really do work for the small projects I have already attempted. I have used wood and acrylic so far to make cribbage board pegs. Wish there was a slower speed for the acrylics. Have to work in shorter sessions to allow the piece to cool or it will melt against the tools and lose rigidity.

No instructions
This lathe kit came with everything except instructions. This is not ideal for a beginners. All available support videos suggested referring to included instructions so I'm not sure this will ever work out.

Don’t waste your money
That thing is not worth a penny. Tools wouldn’t cut melted butter. No instruction to it. It broke within mins of use.

Cheap entry level mini lathe, needs upgrades. Crap.
It's fun to tool around with this lathe but it's not as powerful as I'd like. I bought it to make simple handles for small sculpting tools and it does that job for me and it's fun to use. But, when using it you'll feel the shortcomings of a cheaper product, so be ready for that. Edited: tried playing with it again. The cheap screw bit that is meant to hold and spin your material is complete garbage and it will spin free with no real effort, your piece of wood will just stop and the chuck will keep on going.

A decent starter for beginners.
Good for first time hobbyists it is good for doing gyms and small woodworking but not much more than that it will only make you desire a larger one but for beginners it is perfect.

Not many direction
Bought for my 12 year old and it's prefect. He's making tops and balls and knobs. Hard to find parts to replace

Nothing in the way of a product manual
Item arrived on time. Part of case is cracked but I can repair with super glue. This came with nothing like an operations manual or even a parts list. Maybe I am naive but I would think this is typically for a novice lathe user. How would one know how to use it without any documentation of any kind?
