I’ve really gotten a lot better sleep, a bit better social anxiety and a little less pain with this stuff and haven’t noticed any adverse side effects. The only side effect I could think of would be if you chose to take this for pain, you could experience a bit of drowsiness (but everyone is different and your mileage may vary). I’ve tried a good number of these extracts in a couple different forms and it seems like having a good extract is paramount. Essentially, I’ve tried this same kind but in a tincture/liquid form and they both work equally well for me with only a couple slight differences. Their tincture seems to hit me faster whereas these gels take a bit longer but seem to last a bit longer as well. It did not work for me. Last bottle I ordered was all melted together at top of bottle. I got a full refund.

How many positive things can I say about this product??!! That’s a rhetorical question/statement by the way...I had an injury to my shoulder due to working out. I had been going to a massage therapist to no relief. I’ve read about CBD oils for quite some time now and decided to do my research on what product would be best.I decided on R+R due to the positive reviews as well as my research on the 3rd party testing that’s done on the product. You have to be careful in whom you buy from due to the fact that there are many fake products out there; lots of unscrupulous individuals who try to cheat others to obtain a dishonest dollar!!However, not this company!! I have been taking this product for about a solid month now and the pain in my shoulder, which was quite extensive pain, is COMPLETELY GONE!!The suggested mg (milligrams) dosage for my weight was 30mg a day; however, I decided to up the dosage to 60mg a day. I take 45mg about an hour before bedtime, and then I take 15mg at breakfast time.The gel pills are very good because I bite into the pills, the liquid then comes out of the pills and then I put the liquid and the remaining of the bitten pills under my tongue. The CBD oil gets into your system sooner by doing this. The taste isn’t all that bad either!!If I was able to click on 6 stars for a rating... I WOULD!!No more bad shoulder pain for me!!Weeeee Heeeeee!!

I got in a really bad car wreck. Was hit by a drunk driver that was traveling at a high rate of speed. Although I had been getting chiropractor treatments.. I couldn’t stand up for even short periods of time, without having horrible lower back pain. I did some research and came across these pills and decided to try it. Wow it’s only been two days and I notice a huge difference! I don’t feel high or my mind isn’t cloudy... I only get relief! I would totally recommend this to people! I avoid pharmaceuticals if u are like me give this a shot! Although my only complaint is the price... u can go directly to the company and get them 8-10 dollars cheaper! I’ll purchase from Amazon if I need them like right way. (Next day delivery) but if I’m not in a rush I’d go through the R+R website.

I've tried these several times and they work well for my anxiety and lighten my moods. I used to get my CBD tincture from a local place but they charge 80 for around same amount. So I DID MY RESEARCH just like all of you should as well. Google information and be informed but yes these are good quite good actually. I'm deff sticking with this brand from now on. The only complaint I have is when I opened the bottle after I removed the plastic and untrusted the cap the tamper proof seal comes off with the lid. And I'm super particular and ocd about stuff like that BUT IT also has a plastic seal on the outside so I went ahead and took them and I'm fine. I figure nobody is gonna be able to mess with the bottle if the plastic on the outside is not messed with. That's just my story tho. Stuff like that bothers me. But the product is super good and helped me out tremendously. I just wanna see others who struggle with what I've had to for years get some relief we all deserve to be happy. And organic stuff like this is so much better then getting on drugs and becoming addicted.
