Great chelated iron! It works really well—I start feeling the results about two weeks after taking it. It’s easy on the stomach, and you can even take it on an empty stomach. I always buy this one. I purchased this item for my mother who after undergoing several blood transfusion and having her blood level drop to a low 7.4, she needed to get her blood levels back up and within normal range. She also needed to get her energy back and stop the jittering in her hands. I was trying a different iron product before but due to thw sodium content, she had to stop that product. I came across this chelated iron tablet and discovered that it did not contain any sodium. This was what I needed. I immediately purchased the item and when it arrived, my mother began taking it immediately. It took some time but her blood levels are now within the normal range which that has made us all happy especially her. The only thing is that this product and probably all iron supplements, it makes you really hungry all the time. Well, for mom, that wss great as well because she was hardly eating. This product worked better then expected. Remember to always check with your doctor before taking any supplements.
