Hair Skin and Nails, 230 Gummies, 230 Count (Pack of 1)

I have been using these for quite awhile now and I usually buy these at Target or Walmart but it's really hard to find the huge container of the Hair skin and nail gummies. Usually they carry the pills and I really cannot stand those. This is the first Hair, Skin and nails vitamin that has actually worked. I was kind of skeptical of them when I first started taking them but after 2 weeks they really started to show some improvements to my skin I would have less and less breakouts and my nails seemed to be a lot stronger. I started taking these again when my hair started to fall out after having my son and this slowed the fall out of my hair and helped with my nails and skin as well. They don't taste terrible with is amazing since most gummie vitamins have a really funky taste them, these are the best that I have tasted so far. Some of the ones towards the bottom can get a bit hard after awhile. I really love the face that Amazon has the giant container and at a great price. These are great vitamins and you can't go wrong these work very well.

These work!!! They taste good (fruity and in-between tart and sweet) and it has only been 3 1/2 weeks since I began using them. I have noticed my skin looking more vibrant, my nails growing faster and the quick growth of broken hair throughout my scalp. I have naturally curly hair and I can be a bit rough when brushing it out. Not to mention the damage caused from dying it often. As a result, I have broken a lot of my hair, noticeably when I decide to wear it straight (pokey flyaways). I now notice my baby hair in the front of my scalp thicker and throughout the scalp I've noticed new growth and much quicker growth of the broken hair. My hair also feels like it has much more volume, which I love being that I have fine hair. I am extremely pleased with these little tasty gummies and I can't wait to see my future progress! Btw...I eat 3 per day although the daily serving size is 2. I definitely recommend them to anyone. In comparison to Sugarbear Hair Gummies, these top them in performance and price. I used Sugarbear gummies for 2 months and didn't notice any difference in my hair add far as growth and volume. Yes, Sugarbear gummies taste delicious, but they simply don't compare to these.

I've been buying this product for years now and can attest that it works well! My fingernails grow nice and long and are durable! I take two a day; one in the morning and once at night. The strawberry flavor tastes good

The list of vitemines is pretty comprehensive. I like the hair supplements best. Since I have been taking them, my hair is much fuller than in the past.

I ordered these because I was on medication that made my skin and hair very fragile. I was advised to take a Biotin supplement, and I paid around $25 for ~200 pills at the supermarket. Three months later I needed some more, but I thought I'd see if I could find them for less. These gummies are superior in almost every way to what I bought before, but I'm still not convinced they have any real effect. PROS: The cost! These are very reasonably priced compared to what you'll find at the supermarket, and 230 gummies will last you just under 4 months.If you're taking these while recovering from some medication (or hormonal imbalance, I've heard) one container of these should last for an entire hair-cycle. Your hair grows and sheds in cycles, and I've been told that it can take 4-6 months just to stop losing hair if you had some imbalance. During that time, you can be on this and try to reduce the amount of breakage. CONS: The obvious con is that I really can't say whether they work or not. I've been on them for several weeks, and I don't notice any real difference in my hair quality or the amount I'm losing. My skin has also not been noticeably any better than it was pre-biotin. With that said, I've also been taking other medicines prescribed by my doctor, so even if I noticed changes I wouldn't be able to contribute them to anything specific. I'm still going to keep taking these, as they taste delicious and take a second to eat. BUT, be warned that according to the manufacturer, you have to take these with food if you want them to work effectively. Overall, they are a good price, they taste great, they don't turn into little rocks after a while like other gummy vitamins; but, they may or may not actually do anything.

I have used these gummies during 2 months (last year) before I became pregnant, and I should say they made a humongous difference in my hair, skin and nails. In the majority of the reviews I have read, many people say not to see a difference in their hair, others in their skin, or even not at all. First of all, everyone's metabolism works differently. What may work for one, might be bad for another and so forth. But it's always good to give it a try and see how you cope with the product. Secondly, for those who said that only saw a difference in nails, but not in the skin nor hair, It is better to have the gummies with PLENTY of WATER. This means, from 8 glasses to 2 liters, which is the normal recommended dose for adults. I said this because, these gummies are made with 3 ingredients that work as fertilizer for the hair, skin and nails. And as every fertilizer, it's needed WATER, WATER, and WATER in order to dissolve the ingredients from its gelly form and pump or distribute to the areas of the body which need them. A healthy diet is also the key, as greasy food, processed food and all kind of fast food avoid the body from absorbing the maximum nutrients needed for its well being thus annulling the effect of the biotin, vitamin C and E which need the water to dissolve properly. If by doing this you do not notice any difference at all, then it's better to change to another vitamin, unless you are happy with the half of the results. I am back to these gummies due to my post-partum shedding, I'll then be posting some before and after pictures to see the difference. By the way I got my gummies yesterday, May 18.
