Flipping Great
Mercer Culinary Hell’s Handle Heavy Duty Turner (6x5") – 10/10, no hesitation. This beast is built like a tank: thick, solid stainless steel that doesn’t flex even when flipping a full griddle of smash burgers or lifting heavy slabs of ribs on the BBQ. The blade is perfectly sized and beveled for getting under food cleanly, and the heat-resistant Hell’s Handle truly lives up to the name – stays cool. I also use it constantly in the kitchen to slide entire trays of oven chips, roasted veg, or sheet-pan cookies straight onto plates or wire racks without breaking anything. It’s become my go-to for everything heavy-duty. Worth every penny – an absolute workhorse. Wash by hand to keep in top condition.

Smashing
I don’t make a habit of writing reviews, but this is the ultimate tool for making smash burgers and I simply have to tell you about it. When you get this in your hand, you will understand. Very weighty, super sturdy and it just feels like quality. The handle is made from some really grippy silicone which is also heat proof - so you can leave it near high heat and you don’t need to worry about burning yourself. Slap a meatball on the grill and you can push down hard on the handle without bending the spatula at all. The stainless steel feels reinforced and it will take an absolute beating. You want to be able to rely on this tool for smashing burgers properly, it’s mostly all in the press and you’re able to do that efficiently with Hells Handle. Possibly the best part about this spatula is the fact that each edge, left, right and front are beveled down and razor sharp. Some reviewers complain that they cut themselves so be careful. However, you’ll soon learn to love this as it makes scraping the burger from the chapa so easy and very satisfying all at the same time. All in all, a very well thought out tool. Sturdy, durable and should last a lifetime of delicious burgers. It’s exactly the right size too. Smashing.

Look no further
Superb! Nice and weighty, perfect for grill plate action on the BBQ. I've been smashing burgers with this and it excels in that task. Handle is rather plastic-y but is of high quality and insulates from heat very well and will last as long as me, perhaps longer.

A necessary tool for the kitchen
This is a must have in any kitchen, can’t believe I never had one of these before. This spatula is excellent and isn’t necessarily just for fish, although deffo works well for fish as it’s thin and sharp enough to easily get into the fish and not just scoop it up but also to scrape any fish skin left on the pan (salmon). My only regret is that I opted for the short version thinking it would be long enough, but wish I purchased the longer one. The short one still works fine though. Decent handle, lightweight and excellent quality. Would highly recommend. Mercer seems like a really good brand, also have one of their chefs knives which is really good. Will probably purchase more stuff from this brand as it’s decent quality, esp since they’re NSF certified.

Great tool, showing signs of damage after a couple of uses though
Such a great kitchen tool. Perfect for smashed burgers and working chunks of meat on a hot plate. However, used it a couple of times and it now has specks of scratches or something and shows rust after each wash? I just wipe away and use, but meh. Edit: Seems this is caused by putting it in the dishwasher. It's only been in a couple of times, but their website states it should be handwashed. Shame, this tool would be perfect if it could go in a regular dishwasher.

Solid
This is a great, weighty, rigid scraper. It’s nice and wide and deep so you can manipulate a good amount of dough. Dishwasher safe and with the great hells handle that mercer offer. Makes cleanup a breeze

This could smash a cow
A great piece of kit that I use on both the barbecue and flat grills. It does have some heft to it and when I took it to my takeaway a couple of the staff complained it was too heave to use for a length of time. I took it back home and bought them gym memberships. It looks as though it will last for years especially if you keep it out of the dishwasher. Dishwashers are fatal for sharp knives and plastic, rubber and wooden handles, so not taking the risk. Easy to clean, can be used for most grilling applications and it looks the part.

Super sturdy and quality spatulas
I bought two of these, as my wife calls them, "Hells boys". One 5x4 inch, and one 5x3 inch. They are quality build, very sturdy and capable of smashing burgers with no hassle. The bigger one is better for griddle, because it's a little to big for regular pans and skittles. These are superb spatulas and you won't regret buying them. Just bare in mind to buy the size you need.

I’ve bought several sets of inexpensive griddle accessories here on Amazon and at Walmart. Frankly, I should just have spent the money and bought these first. The cheaper sets had too much flex, thinner metal, and deformed easily, making working on the griddle harder than it needed to be. I finally gave up trying to save money and bought the Mercer Culinary Hell's Handle: Grill Scraper, 4 Inch x 4-1/2 Inch, Maroon Square Edge Turner/Spatula, 6 Inch x 3 Inch Heavy Duty Turner/Spatula, 5 Inch x 3 Inch Square Edge Turner/Spatula, 8 Inch x 3 Inch Cook's Fork, 8 Inch I could tell the first time out, that the Mercer tools were worth every penny. They didn’t bend and flex, fighting me as I worked to stir-fry four pounds of meat and five pounds of vegetables. The edges are crisp, the metal thick and sturdy. While some folks say you should hand-wash these, I figured if they are used in restaurants (and I found them at restaurant supply stores online), those folks aren’t handwashing these. So, I’ve been throwing these in the dishwasher and after several washings, there is no sign of rust or oxidation. Side-by-side with the inexpensive tools I bought, the Mercer tools are sturdier and the metal is obviously shinier, higher quality, smoother, and polished to a sleek finish. The handles are comfortable and seem as if they will last forever. My only regret is that I wish I had bought these first. All the others are going to Goodwill.
