Enables me to make a healthy substitute for pasta. I am very satisfied with this product.

So this takes a little practice. I think I was on my third zucchini before I started to get the longer strands. You really have to focus on putting the writing amount pressure on the item while you twist. It also works better if you peel the vegetable first. I don't think its a bad product, I was just really not a fan of it.

The spirals don't get very long and are a little flat.

My kids and I LOVE our new spiral slicer! It is so easy to use. As soon as I brought it out of the box and showed it to my kids (ages 3 and 8) they wanted to try it out immediately. Our first meal was spiral sliced zucchini covered in homemade pesto sauce. All of the food was raw and delicious. It's such a small, and inexpensive addition to our kitchen. So glad we finally have one.

So easy to use and easy to clean. I use it everyday now to serve healthy veggies to my family!

I bought this to try out these trendy, spiralized veggies and veggie 'noodles'. They are a wonderful alternative to pasta and incorporating more vegetables into your diet. Your kids will probably find them fun to eat as well- because EVERYTHING tastes better if it's dinosaur shaped or resembles curly fries...The gadget itself works okay for zucchini, summer squash, and the like but has a hard time with harder vegetable like sweet potato or carrots. It also takes a steady hand (i.e. no wobbles while turning) to get the long strands, so if you're like me and require a guide to keep your veggies straight- this little gadget will only frustrate you. Additionally, it wastes a lot of the vegetables you're slicing, at least 1-2 inches, because the turning cap isn't cone shaped like the slicer and can only push the vegetables in another 1/4 inch. It also doesn't provide very good traction when you get towards the end of softer vegetables, like zucchini, so it can shred and spin in place instead of doing its job. It's an okay gadget for the price and if you're just curious or new to spiral vegetables but there are far better machines out there.

Las cuchillas tienen buen filo pero no tiene buen agarre con las verduras delgadas como un pepino pequeñoo zanahorias, solo funcionan con verduras anchas.Se atoran los espirales que van saliendo, me parece que no es muy funcional

Funciona muy bien y es muy practico, la unica pega es que siempre queda un trozo de verdura que no se corta
