I loved the bowls & I’ve lost 10 lb using the bowls. The plates are more expensive but I had good results with the bowls so I decided to purchase the plates for Thanksgiving. . These plates are better than other portion control devices I’ve used in the past. Other devices give you an extra item to wash & never fit my existing plates. Porcelain is easy to clean & they are durable. They are not thin light weight plates. They are sturdy & don’t seem easy to break. The porcelain is more expensive but over the long run I believe they would last longer than the melamine version.

This plate is a very healthy and helpful tool for eating well and proper. It seems to be a good quality and cleans well

The plate gave me a visual of how to set up my plate for meals; the 7 days of meals has a lot of variety for meal planning.

I have used these a few times so far. They are well made but a little too expensive for just two plates. I wish they had groves that separated the portions better because everything runs together on the plate and I feel the groves would be more effective in establishing boundaries on the portions. Again, I feel the price could be lower. I would have gave 5 stars if the price and portion shapes were better.

I purchased this and it came in around late July and I began portioning (or using this plate to guide how much I eat) on August 1st and it works amazingly! I've lost 5 lbs already in about a week and a half! I'm glad I purchased this because it has helped me lose weight. And, I'm not necessarily following a strict diet to eat certain foods per se. I'm just eating veggies, protein / meat, and 100% whole grain / carbs following this plate. Pros: -The picture on the plate helps as a guide to figure out how much should be on each part; my idea is if the food begins to inch out of the lines of the plate, then it's too much. -The small booklet it comes with gives you an idea of which protein, veggies, or carbs to eat, so it helps with grocery shopping. -It's very easy to wash. Cons: -The material is some sort of plastic and I had thought it was made of ceramic, so that's the only issue I see in it.
