Does anyone know the approx. duration of the sell by date as the date has rubbed off my bottle, i purchased the 946ml size on feb 2020, thanks

It lasts a long time as a fermented/potentially ever more fermenting wonder.

March 22 - We keep ours in the fridge. We use it mainly to add to vinaigrettes, sometimes we have it in hot water as a drink. Check the date on the bottle (ours says 2025 but the use by date is a bit blurred). I think the mother can turn brownish, which some people may find distasteful. But at the end of the day, it's vinegar.
