We used this as a chicken marinade. Found it best to marinade the entire chicken breast instead of cutting it up beforehand. Otherwise the liquid smoke and salt content would overwhelm the chicken.

Kicking Hot Fajita Marinade!! YUM!!
Marinated a bison skirt steak for fajitas as well as the onions, red, green, and yellow bell peppers overnight. Excellent outcome! Downside….the house reeks of fajitas! Using essential oil diffusers to combat the smell. Worth it tho as these were the best tasting fajitas ever!!!
