Drive bath lift controller
Was nervous about whether or not it would with our older bath lift (purchased in 2013) but it has worked without fail. Fully charged it the day it arrived and charge it after each use. So far so good. Having said that, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.

Defective Item.
When I started using it, it worked fine. Over the next weeks, though, it was erratic in performance and finally stopped working altogether. Right after the return window closed. Buyer beware. I love the bath lift, and have changed the hand control and suction cup feet several times. Drive no longer sells this model.

Works on other brands
I bought this for a backup for the bath chair I’ve had for over four years and it fits and works perfectly. Expensive though, it’s almost cheaper to buy a new chair.

Battery pack died needed a replacement
Bought pack to replace one that would no longer hold its charge. Motor is the chair died 6 months later so had to get it all replaced.

the handset only works for a few months
Ive had mine since april of this year (2020) like all things in 2020 it is has issues. The lift itself is excellent - but the $250.00 handset replacement every couple months is a issue . Im looking into a much better "permanent " lift. But for right now this lift works well. If you can afford the 250 replacement 3X a year.

DRIVE HAND CONTROL DOESN'T HOLD CHARGE !
I needed to replace the original hand control that I bought two years earlier, completely broke, so I ordered another through AMAZON and the replacement arrived and it didn't operate at all. I've disputed the charge but I've only received a card indicating the dealer has 45 days to respond. I've heard nothing, I'll never buy another product from DRIVE. I've aleady received info on another bath chair not made by DRIVE.!!!HAND CONTROL DOESN''T HOLD CHARGE AS INDICATED.GOT STUCK IN TUB AND NEEDED ASSISTANCE TO GET OUT.I bought it to prevent this from occurring, but the hand control device isn't as advirtised!Is there a star less than one? COMPLETE CRAP!

Great Product and Great Purchase
Purchased as a spare. We alternate back and forth. Could not take the chance of the original not working.
