Great little set of dolls in their own little ziplocked carrying case at a remarkably low sale price ($9.99!) If you're familiar with buying first dollhouse dolls for young children, you know how expensive they can be—or how poorly made AND expensive. This little family (7 figures plus a tiny dog) is solidly made with just enough flexibility. All but the baby stand on their own, and their hair and clothing stay in place. The tiny pet dog that comes with the family is blue, which reminded us grown-ups of the unique art book/memoir BLUE DOG by George Rodrigue. Check that out, if you'd like a surprising and soulful reading experience about how pets live on and on. Anyway: these dolls are great, and the little ones (ages 5 and 6) LOVE them. PLEASE NOTE: If you have young kids who are not yet careful with tiny objects, put the tiny dog in a safe place, out of reach, til the child is older. These dolls are very cute and I love their little family, however, the wood and the clothes especially of the arms and legs is extremely fragile.

My 3 year old granddaughter loves these dolls so much! They equate to each member of her family and she imagines all sorts of stories. They can stand or “sit” in doll house furniture or toy car. Great gift! I love that they encourage her creativity.

the glue used is trash - the feet fall off, making it super dangerous. now the heads are popping off 🤦🏻‍♀️ we’ve been glueing them back together with the proper glue. my daughters love playing with them. i wouldn’t say i don’t recommend, just pay attention to the pieces and keep your kids safe.

This is a cute set. Sturdy, pose-able, and wooden. It’s a nice change from the typical plastic kids toys.
