Rug is as described, but unfortunately it is very thin there is no thickness to it.

I love it but I did have a few problems at with it but the seller made it right as I couldnt take it back myself and Amazon couldnt come for it so the seller gave me a wee bit of the money bk but now I've had it a good few months it's not as fluffy as it was and also lost its shape made but thats what the seller sorted well I had no choice to keep it as i couldn't lift it myself to the post office and Amazon Couldnt come and get it so they gave me a small amount of the money bk but I did want to return it but I couldnt carry it to the post office myself but now it's just worse and the fluffy bits go funny looking I dont know how to explain it but the seller was great but I'm just gutted it's not lasted longer cos a rug is meant to at least a year but this has only lasted months but it is a good rug if it had just have lasted n the fluffy bits have went all weird if it had lasted then I'd of gave it a 5 but I cant because to be fair I've had issues from the start as the seller helped with but I had no choice to keep it so I had to and now it's just getting worse thanks very much

Very apprehensive after reading reviews but surprisingly happy with the rug…true to size , true to colour and I thought good value gir the money I paid for it. The previous rug was bought from Dunelm for £80 and yes it was thick and luxurious but spent more time cutting tufts from it….coukdnt run the vacuum over it as it clogged the brushes with fibre….a year later! Very happy with my new rug….great value for money.
