Let's face it - when dealing with lubricants you're almost always going to have some clean up. That being said, wrapping a shop rag around this when lubing cables will catch any spray out.I was able to free up the original seized brake cables on a 1982 Honda 185s with this device. Then lubed up mine and the kids bycicle cables because it worked well enough

I needed a cable luber to replace my ancient brand name one I have used forever. I decided to give this one a look because it was like half the cost and, from the photos, looked the same. When it arrived, I inspected it closely and couldn't find any difference from my trusty old one except it wasn't worn and dried out. I used it to lube a clutch cable, and it fit and worked great. Definitely recommend and would buy again.

KiWAV Cable Lubricator Lubricant Luber Lube Oiler Tool works kind-of. Squirting lubricant through this thing is about a messy as it can get. The seal to the cable is not great. I haven't had all that great of luck with it but it did force oil through a dry cable, with a bit of a mess.

It's works great

Used it on my choke cable as mentioned. Wa finicky to get on more of due to the cable end, but held well enough to push lube through the cable. No complaints.

Worked as suppose to oiling throttle cable.
