Does this fit the cricut joy

You can use it with a Joy pen adapter. You will have to run the scoring line 2 or 3 times before unloading the mat. Then it will give you a workable score. Use the glitter cardstock setting. There are videos on Youtube to watch.

Does this work with the Cricut Maker?

Yes it works with both the explore and maker.

do you think this would work in a Silhouette cameo 4? I know it's is also a hand held tool but I wondered with an adapter if it would?

To be honest, I don't know. I can use mine by hand to score as well. It doesn't cut the card or paper. At this price I would buy it.

Will this work instead of using the wheel in design space? On the projects it says wheel so not sure if it will work correctly

You can use either single scoring wheel or the scoring stylus. It defaults to the single scoring wheel and you have to edit the tools to select the stylus.
