Extremely user friendly, great value for money, solid build quality, great safety features, has a 2year guarantee, high heat output and which hasn’t been mentioned it’s A rated energy efficient. You can buy cheaper models that’s for sure but you pay for what you get. Highly recommended.

Very easy set up and lovely looking item. Pumps out loads of heat and quickly too. Use ours in the conservatory to just take the chill off in the early mornings. All warmed within about ten minutes. Would recommend.

beautiful fire with lovely flame on low setting, throws out plenty of heat, looks contemporary and nothing like your standard calor gas fire, well worth the extra cost

Nothing to dislike , I like how easy it was to put together .It didnt smell particularly bad when alight the 1st time. Price was OK. And it's great for just boosting the temperature instantly when it's real cold. It's not the hottest but it's a nice constant source of heatThe most impressive bit was ordering on Wednesday at about 2.30ish and having it delivered on Thursday at 9.45am , and yes I am talking next day. Can't fault that at all. I'm very happy with my purchase 🔥 .
