Its a great product for a great price but its hit or miss. The first time I ordered two . One was a solid piece and the other was powder. This time its solid again with a bunch of smaller chunks. All I can say is good luck to you if you decide to buy.

Product arrived lumpy, not a lot of powder; mostly semi-hard lumps. Tried to break it up but smaller lumps persist. Also, and most important, the flavor Is not great. It might be somewhat stale. It’s not completely off, but not pleasing. I could overlook the lumps if it tasted really good. Will be returning.

i guess sone things should not be shipped... like this... arrived basically rock hard - all the powder melted together and formed rocks the size of marbles. Non usable.

One of the containers I ordered was not usable hard as a rock probably due to moisture damage when I tried to get credit for this product it said this product is not eligible for a refund or credit

I had to throw away this because it was old and the powder was completely clumped together

It has zero flavor, does not dilute, was manufactured in Dec 2020 and expires in Dec 2022. That’s what they sent me. It’s awful with no flavor. Shame on amazon for selling this. And I can’t return it. Total waste of money.

Second canister to arrive clumped and hard enough to rattle in the canister. To use it every time I have to put how much I need through my spice grinder. That's ridiculous. It tastes good but it doesn't arrive in a ready to use form. I'm canceling my subscription to this product.
