My husband has been taking arginine for years to supplement his health routine. We always purchased from a big name brand company. When we went to order from them they were out of stock. He came onto Amazon to look and see what he could find and he decided to try the Nutricost. He loves this and is switching permanently. Easy to mix, no bad smell, tasteless and he says he feels the increased energy vs the big named brand he had been using for years. It's over half the cost and a bigger quantity too. Give it a try and compare, it's well worth it.

It is pure arginine akg, but I gave it 4 stars because it Doesn't compare to L Citrulline Malate. If you want something that increase blood flow and nitric oxide levels without raising your blood pressure then L Citrulline Malate is what you are looking for. And all of the research points to this as well. Just an example of what I found, “Citrulline expands blood vessels to a greater extent than arginine,” says The Journal of Nutrition.

This stuff is amazing! It gives me an unreal pump at the gym and it helps me train harder with more intensity. Only real downside is the soreness you're going to get from pushing your muscles to the limit. Not necessarily a bad thing but boy do you feel it lol. And on the plus side my girl also seems to be taking a liking due to the extra blood flow in the bedroom department if ya catch my drift ;) highly recommended and will definitely keep buying it!!

Been taking this stuff for about 2 weeks now and it does work. For the first 2 days I felt a slight sensitivity in my head, not a headache but a noticeable change as in it felt like my blood pressure had changed. After the first couple of days, all good. This stuff does have a bitter aftertaste but you don't need a fruit smoothie or other sweet mix, just get a Blender Bottle, add a good 300-400ml of water and shake it up to mix it well. I've been drinking it with straight water and now I don't even notice the bitter aftertaste anymore. Most importantly, this stuff definitely works, I would describe it as a 'passive pump', as in even if you are not lifting or exercising your muscles still feel pumped up and sometimes well into the evening. It's a great feeling, no question that the Arginine part boosts your nitric oxide (NO) levels.

Excellent value for the money! At 3g per serving, this is a high dose of a very absorbable form of arginine (AKG). Plus, it has 100 servings at a fraction of the cost of one of the tablet or capsule form arginine at other retailers. I'm very fond of the Nutricost brand: I've bought their gingko biloba & zinc piccolinate too. They're also the most absorbable forms of those ingredients. Highly recommended!

Nunca había consumido este suplemento, pero me sorprendió gratamente. Ayuda para la mejor circulación durante los entrenos (ayuda al bombeo), la calidad del producto es muy buena.

Funciona muy bien en los músculos se congestionan bien , tiene una fuerte vasodilatación, desde luego yo uso una fórmula compleja , Arginina+Citrulina+ NO Explode Vaso + Creatina …. La fórmula es muy fuerte a veces hace daño … solo para profesiones

Da un efecto un poco más potente que el café, no lo tomes tarde ya que tardaras en tener sueño
