Will these work with a lifted 4th gen 4runner using toytec superflex coils in the rear?

I don't know. I installed them on my 100 series Land Cruiser. I am running stock springs on it with the AHC system for now. I can check the inside diameter of the stock springs I replaced, if that may help. I am running Old Man Emu springs on my 80 series Land Cruiser and the diameter looked same.

Hi, Regarding Air Lift 60728 fitted to the rear coils of 1991 landcruiser TD Sahara auto. Length=220MM. Diameter=135MM. FYI I have air bag man kevlar protector socks fitted over the air bags to stop damage from sticks ect.. I highly recommend air lift bags. regards.

I have these in the back of my 92 land cruiser. If I put 50 pounds of air in them I will get a 3 inch lift on the original springs

Is it suitable for Toyota land cruiser 2004 ?

Not sure. I fitted the air lift kit #60726 into the rear coils of an 80 series turbo diesel Landcruiser Sahara. I am on my 2nd set in 14 years. I highly recommend these airbags when towing caravans or heavy trailers
