Hard to recline, but nice chair.
When the box arrived it was totally smashed, torn and taped together. I was afraid the chair would be damaged, but luckily it was packaged well and looks just fine. I really like the color, which was just as pictured. The fabric is super soft and the chair is comfortable. It’s a little firm side, but I’m sure it will soften up with a little use. The glide and swivel features work great, both are very smooth. The reclining feature is difficult. It’s hard to pull the lever which is between the seat cushion and the arm of the chair. It eventually does recline it’s just a little tricky and I’m impressed at how far back it goes. Hopefully this will get easier with use. All in all I really like the look and feel of the chair, I just wish it reclined easier.

Don’t buy this chair!
We registered for this chair on our baby registry and it was given to us as a gift. After assembly—we immediately noticed that the reclining lever on the chair base did not work. We contacted the manufacturer (per the instructions inside the box) and after going back and forth with them they made us take a video of how the chair didn’t work in order to send us a new chair base. (Note: the manufacturer is a Canadian company and you can only talk to someone in customer service during weekday business hours.) We just received the replacement chair base (which has taken several days to receive due to customs) and the box is falling apart. We also immediately realized that the new base is the wrong color! In multiple emails we noted that we ordered the pewter colored chair from Amazon, and Baby Relax has now sent us a light gray base. We were so excited to get this chair for our nursery and it has been such a hassle. Do yourself a favor and don’t order this chair or any other chair from Baby Relax.Update: Baby Relax has sent us a second replacement chair base that is the incorrect color. This will be the third chair base we have to pay to dispose of since Baby Relax does not want them back. Customer service at Baby Relax has not been helpful or apologetic. Again—due to multiple frustrating issues with the manufacturer, do not buy this chair. We will never buy Baby Relax product after this experience.

Love it
Very comfortable, rocker to full recline. Easy to assemble. My mother bought it for baby no. 2 and mom, hubby, and myself have all fallen asleep in it. Being 35 weeks pregnant the chair is comfortable and I can elevate my legs and rock my 2 yr old while reading stories before bedtime.
