This is an amazing item for lowering my blood sugars. Texture is not anything spectacular but I just down either coffee or juice right after and is fine ((half a tsp) twice per day.

I like how the mixture mixes well in water. The mixture was fresh and powdery upon opening and continues to be fresh. The quality is excellent and the packaging is very convenient.

While not as convenient as capsules it definitely works to lower glucose levels. Tea drinkers will not balk at the taste as it tastes like a mild herbal tea. You do need to keep stirring as the powder tends to settle out. I suggest getting a 1/4 tsp to measure it. btw, the bag does have a zip-like seal but I couldn't cut the bag open correctly in order to use it. I ended up keeping the bag in a Quart zip-lock bag.

So far it is doing as promised with no harmful side effects. Had for about a month.

It's very light powder. So it clings to the scooper I use, but it is cost effective.

Quality seems good and the herb seems very pure. We have been having it regularly.

It has a very unique taste. I generally add ginger to balance it out, but it works to curb sugar cravings!
