DS-7616NI-Q2/16P H.265 16 Channel PoE 4K 8MP Network Video Recorder NVR, Plug & Play, International Original English Version, Hard Drive Not Included

Used with (4) Alibi IP cameras due to the Alibi NVR power supply failure. Worked but did require some configuration. Networking experience and some equipment might be necessary for self installation. So far so good from my experience.

So far, so good. I was not too happy with the instructions provided as they are very minimal, and I could not figure out the settings on my own. I decided to give the seller a chance and called for tech support. I was very pleasantly surprised as the tech walked me through all the necessary steps, and I was up and running in no time. I would definitely recommend purchasing through the vendor just for the tech support.

I purchased a Hikvision 8-channel NVR from Amazon to replace a unit that fell victim to a power surge, taking out the NVR and modem. I finally was able to install it as it is in a vacation house. Three of the eight cameras came right up. Whatever I tried, I was not able to connect the remaining 5 to the to the NVR. I called customer service at Hikvision, and I was connected to a customer service technician named Jay. He worked with me for one hour on the remaining cameras even though they were not Hikvision cameras. He was able to find out that the remaining 5 Cameras also were damaged. I am ordering my new cameras from Hikvision. The service, knowledge, and determination of Jay is a valuable employee of Hikvision; I highly recommend their products.

The Equipment works well. The most important things is Technical Support. So often tech products can get bad reviews because customers don't understand the software etc and leave unfair ratings. Tech Support is responsive and actually answers the phone or gets back to you. Jay was the most professional, Tolerant of someone not fluid in NVR's and very considerate walking me thru setup. I will be buying another unit for another location based on the Quality of service from this company.

I purchased this new NVR to replace an old one, but I could not get it to work with my cameras. I called Tech Support at HIKVISION, and the support was excellent. Jay, my support Tech, could have been more patient and helpful. He walked me through each step to get the cameras working with my new NVR. I have worked with HIKVISION before, and the support and quality of the equipment are the best.

You need to purchase a hard drive since this didn’t come with one . Even though it said pre installed 2gig hard drive .

I ordered some cameras and I was ignorant of the protocol these cameras came under. I reached out to RealHD, and it said it would take a day or two to get a call back. Jay called me in 35 mins and walked me through the whole process. I appreciated this help as I was stuck. Products work fantastically and customer is happy

We've ordered from this supplier multiple times now and we've only had 1 incident where a package was marked delivered by the carrier but never received. The vendor contacted us promptly and resolved the situation. We will continue to order from them in the future.

The device has neither memory nor a connection for HDD

Its says Hard desk 15tb included!! But i received it without the Hd!!
