Yes it is! I have them hanging on my deck! Very durable!

I don’t think so. It is nice natural cord.

Q: Whats the weight limit?

That depends on how many braided cords that you use. I've used six cords and it held a 15 lb. Plant for a year until the fern out grew the pot.
