The food is fine, the packaging is difficult. The foil flip over tabs are difficult to pry off the plastic and more often than not I end up cutting my finger on them. I'm cancelling my autoship and looking for anther type of wet food.

I don't know what they're putting into this, but when a cat that will eat itself silly on any other cat food in front of him think this is too gross to even try, maybe you should consider working on your formula.
