Q: The Ender 3 Pro now comes with the brass feeder gear flush-mounted to the stepper motor shaft with no extra clearance on top. Will this still work?

It will not. The grub screw in the driven gear is meant to lock the onto the shaft of the stepper, which is too short to reach it. This kit moves the filament path much higher than the stock parts and it ends up being high enough that it is not possible to engage the drive gear even if you are able to remove the factory pressed, toothed, brass. Unless my ender 3 pro is abnormal and has a very short shaft on the extruded stepper, you would need to modify the other parts significantly if you were to use the original stepper.

Q: Does this kit come with M3 screws? If so, what is the length of them?

I used the screws i took out of the stock part and it worked good

Q: Will this work with SV05?

No, the extruder of SV05 is different from this.

Q: Will this work with a Monoprice Mini V2?

As long the Monoprice as the same stepper motor and is mounted the same as an Ender 3 or CR-10 then I don't see why it wouldn't.
