The wood base was great to have for a first time shucker. The gloves were also handy to have. The tool/knife is great quality for the price.

I ordered oysters while vacationing and needed the shucking tools to get the job done. At home I have all three items which I purchased separately over time and paid much, much more. This was a win, win for me relative to price and quality. Thank you:-D

This worked really good for shucking our oysters. The glove was also helpful.

We do a big oyster party every year and the clamp was very useful to shuck the oysters without harm to hands. The gloves worked great too.

The only thing good about this product is the shucking knife is actually pretty sturdy. The glove is made of cotton blend so would not protect your hand at all if you jammed it with the knife. The wooden holder broke after 2 uses as it is two pieces of wood held together by tiny nails. Would never recommend.

This is inexpensive for a reason - the oyster board didn’t stand up to much use before it broke. But at the price you can’t expect too much.

It needs an online video for using the wooden holder and knife positioning or at least a booklet.

Very good to open oysters.
